Chef Richard Sandoval is searching for 5 up-and-coming Hispanic/Latin Chefs or Food Creators dedicated to their cuisine to mentor.

The program includes a stipend and an all-expenses paid trip to Mexico to visit some of Chef Sandoval’s restaurants, engage in unique cultural learnings, and experience a 1-1 business and culinary mentorship.

AMPLIFY

See your creation on the menus of Chef Sandoval’s restaurants globally. Dishes created by those selected for the mentorship program will be integrated into select locations around the world in Summer 2025.
