  • Old Ways, New Hands” is Chef Richard Sandoval’s goal accelerator and mentorship program, aiming to preserve and amplify Latin culture by teaching the next generation of Latin chefs, creators, and entrepeneurs skills that contribute to their success and growth.

    The mentorship program offers access to tools and resources, and culminates in an international trip including workshops with Chef Sandoval, to sharpen business and cooking skills from a chef whose footprint spans 4 continents and 12 countries, with 60+ locations.

    • Accommodations & coverage for all meals throughout the trip.

    • Applicants must be 18 years of age or older

    • Applicants must have or be able to obtain a passport and travel visa to Mexico.

    • Applicants must be a 50% or more Latin / Hispanic individual.
